In the first official part of the meeting, which will be hosted by the hosts of the event, two interesting presentations will be introduced. Mr. Marcin Kozioł will share his own professional experience and the experience in the field of business start-ups by presenting the VS Consulting company. Mr. Mateusz Lentowczyk will then talk about building his career and his path concerning UEFA, on which he has been with since 2012.

Marcin Kozioł – Graduate of electrical engineering in Gorzów Wielkopolski, studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Szczecin, major in electrical engineering. He started his career at the Customs Agency in Kostrzyn
He then joined HMI and Ergo Pro in Poland, where he participated in the construction of the sales structure of guaranteed retirement insurance, including life insurance. In 2012, he has already started cooperation with VS Versicherung Schlussel Daniel Frey (sale of insurances) in Switzerland, and then in 2015, he has started a company Vy Consulting GmbH together with Daniel Frey. The main offices are located in Rorschach, Bern and in Luzerne. VS Consulting is focused on building a customer service network and selling all types of insurance.

Mateusz Lentowczyk – associated with Switzerland for more than 7 years with the exception of 2012 when he took over the position of Head of Strategy and Program Department of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Graduate of the faculty of management and business of the University of Hertfordshire, he has lived in London for 6 years, where he has worked in the technology and design departments of companies such as British Telecom and the NHS. From the beginning of his career, he has been an enthusiast of innovation, new technology and digitization, which he has been developing since 2010 as a manager of Business Solutions and IT processes Department in UEFA by creating a range of solutions for various needs, such as
Euro 2012, 2016, 2020 in cooperation with other sports organizations, among others. FIFA, IOC, NA.
